Looking for strong miles, newer equipment, and competitive OTR pay? We’re hiring experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for Dry Van and Reefer freight across the lower 48 states.

💰 Solo Driver Pay

Dry Van

• 6 months–1 year experience: $0.76 CPM
• 1–2 years experience: $0.79 CPM
• 2+ years experience: $0.81 CPM
• Average $2,200 per week

Reefer

• 6 months–1 year experience: $0.81 CPM
• 1–2 years experience: $0.84 CPM
• 2+ years experience: $0.86 CPM
• Average $2,400 per week

All miles are paid!

🛣️ Miles & Freight

• Average 3,200 miles per week
• Average length of haul: 600 miles
• 100% no-touch freight
• Dry Van: 70% drop & hook
• Reefer: Live load/live unload
• No Hazmat
• Run throughout the lower 48
• No NYC

🚚 Newer Equipment

Drive 2024–2027 Volvo 760/860 or Freightliner Cascadia trucks 

🏠 Home Time

• Out 2 weeks / Home 2 days
• Out 3 weeks / Home 4 days
• Out 4 weeks / Home 5 days
• Florida drivers: Out approximately 4 weeks at a time

💵 Additional Pay & Perks

• $150 layover pay
• $25 detention pay after 2 hours
• Weekly pay every Friday
• EZ Pass, Pre-Pass & toll coverage
• Pet-friendly
• Governed at 72 MPH

✅ Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 23–65 years old
• Minimum 6 months verifiable OTR experience within the past 3 years
• Valid CDL-A and medical card with at least 3 months remaining
• No active license suspensions
• No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable accident within the past 3 years
• No reckless-driving violations within the past 3 years
• No speeding violations of 15+ MPH over the limit within the past 3 years
• No DUI/DWI
• No lifetime SAP drivers
• Must have consecutive, recent driving experience
• Additional company qualification requirements apply
