🚛 CDL-A OTR Solo Driver 

Looking for consistent OTR miles, no-touch freight, and late-model equipment? Trucking is hiring CDL-A Solo Company Drivers

💰 Pay & Miles

• $1,000 guaranteed weekly gross pay when eligibility requirements are met
• Average 2,300–2,500 miles per week
• Starting pay: $0.45–$0.65 CPM, based on experience
• Loaded and empty miles paid
• Pay progression based on safe driving, length of service, and completion of safety classes
• Weekly earning potential of approximately $1,000–$1,625

🚚 Freight & Routes

• OTR – Lower 48 states
• Boxed beef, chicken, pork, beer, and other temperature-controlled products
• 99% no-touch freight
• Approximately 70% drop & hook
• Approximately 30% live load

🏠 Home Time

• Drivers should be comfortable staying out approximately 3–4 weeks out 5 days home time
• Home time must be requested at least 8 days in advance
• Unused days do not roll over

🚛 Equipment

Drive a Kenworth T680, 4 years old or newer, equipped with:

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable OTR or qualifying Regional tractor-trailer experience
• Training time does not count toward qualifying experience
• Must be comfortable staying out for extended periods and sleeping in the truck
• Must meet DOT physical and medical-card requirements
• Must meet company driving-record, accident, employment-history, background, and drug-screening requirements
•  SAP Drivers must be at Step 6
