Hiring Trainees CDL-A for refrigerated OTR routes.

Pay & Miles

$1,200–$1,400+ average weekly pay
OTR: 2,600–2,800 miles/week
All loaded and empty dispatched miles paid
$0.04 CPM performance bonus

Typically the training is 4 weeks for trainees.

Position Details

100% no-touch refrigerated freight
Approximately 50% drop & hook
OTR: Out approximately 3–4 weeks
Regional: Out approximately 10–14 days
Assigned Kenworth T680 – no slip seating
Rider and pet programs available
24/7 dispatch

Requirements

Local experience does not count
Recent CDL graduates may qualify with completion of an approved 120-hour driving school within the past 6 months
Must meet company driving, employment, safety, and background requirements
TWIC required; company can assist with obtaining it
